60,000 to 200,000 Square Foot Accelerated
Industrial Building
Ameren InSite is an accelerated industrial
building construction program to meet new market demands. Sponsored by
Ameren/CIPS, it offers flexible building design features (expandable and
customized) on a fully served site available for immediate groundbreaking.

In order for a property to qualify for this program, the
community must complete a comprehensive list of requirements, including
extensive documentation, evidence of clear title, a series of reviews by state
agencies, soil borings and utility service. The City of Charleston was one of
only twelve communities in the state which received certification at the program
kickoff.
